About Inspiring Lives
Our Mission
At Inspiring Lives, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Our mission is to inspire and empower each individual to live their best life while receiving 24/7 care and supervision.
Our Founder
Inspiring Lives ARF (2015) and Inspiring Lives, Inc. (2024) were founded by Brittany Lavenant. Brittany has been involved with the special needs population since her childhood and has dedicated her entire adult career and education to special needs and at-risk populations. Brittany holds a Bachelor's in Human Services and a Master's in Special Education: moderate/severe disabilities with a focus on mal-adaptive behaviors. Brittany has worked professionally in developmentally delayed programming since 2005. She has been a certified ARF administrator through DSS since 2013. Brittany was Pro-Act certified from 2005-2018 and became a certified Crisis Prevention instructor in 2019.

Our staff are here to help the individuals we serve thrive and practice person-centered approaches in all areas of life. Our locations throughout Riverside are in desirable neighborhoods and are fully remodeled!

Our Services
We offer a range of services to our residents, including daily living assistance, recreational activities, and transportation to appointments. We value community integration and promote a family lifestyle. Inspiring Lives works extensively with our contracted BCBA for behavioral interventions and we have a consultant RN to meet any medical needs. We accept medical conditions related to: developmental delay, dual diagnosis, inhalation medication (such as asthma treatment), diabetes glucose monitoring/insulin injection, colostomy/ileostomy, stage 1/2 dermal ulcers, & gastronomy/tube button. We have both ambulatory and non-ambulatory locations within Riverside, CA!
